RETURN POLICY

Lucky Logger’s “return policy” allow you to return any item for full refund, minus any Shipping and Handling charges “or” exchange merchandise, within 30 days from the date of purchase. All returned items must be in same condition as when shipped to customer, free from damage, not worn or soiled, and not washed. If any of this applies, it will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Please allow 2 weeks from the date we receive the returned merchandise to process refund or exchange. Refund issued in same manner as paid. Shipping is the expense of the customer when returning merchandise, no C.O.D. deliveries accepted. For your protection, you may wish to get a confirmation of receipt when shipped.
